Accreditation / Certificates
This online course is accredited by the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) through its accreditation body, the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). UEMS is a leading European organization representing medical specialists and is committed to promoting high standards in medical education and practice across Europe (https://eaccme.uems.eu/).
The EACCME system provides internationally recognized Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits, ensuring that educational activities meet rigorous quality criteria. By completing this course, participants are eligible to receive EACCME credits, which may be recognized by national medical authorities in many countries.
To obtain CME credits, participants must complete the MOOC on edX in the verified track and successfully finish all required modules. After completion, learners will receive an official certificate via edX. This certificate can be submitted to us and/or to UEMS/EACCME as proof of completion to claim the corresponding CME credits.
Please note that the recognition of EACCME credits may vary depending on national regulations, and participants are encouraged to check with their local accreditation authorities for specific requirements.
