Work-related stress and psychosocial risks are among the biggest challenges for today’s organizations.
PsyHealth worXs! is a European training initiative that empowers companies and professionals to create mentally healthy workplaces. Developed by leading universities and partners across Europe, this project aimed to support stakeholders and practitioners of occupational safety and health (OSH) management with practical knowledge and tools to identify, assess, and reduce psychosocial risks at work.
Through interactive learning, real-world case studies, and a serious game, participants gain the skills and confidence to transform knowledge into sustainable action—making psychosocial health a key part of business success.

Products
The centre piece of the project is a six-week Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) to teach theoretical knowledge and build practical skills in psychosocial risk management. To transfer knowledge into skills and foster those skills, there is a complimentary Serious Game (SG).
